Insect

I hope I haven't loaded this image upside down -- I looked at it both ways and it's hard to say. Either way, I have to give props to the photographer....he created some really nice images like these.

Mystery Girl

I have so many great pictures of this girl (see previous post -- with her Dad?). Someone tell me who she is -- I have photos for her!

Gathering of Friends

Annie

This is one where I'm not completely happy with the way the scan turned out. The original print has faded a bit over time and just didn't scan well. I prefer not to start with color retouching as I'm not an expert. Other than a few touchups to erase marks on the original, I have stayed away from overusing Photoshop but if I were more skilled with the program, I would have tried to adjust the color on this one a little. Still -- love this picture.

Joyful Annie

Not sure what Annie's so happy about here (surely it isn't that she's THAT excited to be going to work -- maybe she's just gotten OFF work) but whatever it is, it's a little bit infectious. :)

Gary and Tide

Gary

I really love this picture of Gary -- it has such a great relaxed quality about it. Nice portrait.

Fishing

Bob and his friend from the (family?) photo below. I wish I could hear their conversation.

Bob and Pia

Pia

Love this sweet little picture of Pia being hugged by her teddy bear.

Bob's Friends

These three people turn up more than anyone else in Bob's archives. I think the woman may be Sue (?) but don't know who the other two are. Obviously, they were all very close to Bob. This girl is so pretty and always seems to be in a good mood. If you know who this is, please let me know -- I would like to put together a package of photos to send to them.

Moonlight

Evening

Maryann

Maryann was one of Bob's favorite subjects. He left so many great pictures of her. Don't worry, Maryann -- I won't post them all here. ;)

Mystery Man

I don't know who this is and haven't seen a lot of pictures of him but I love this one. It's so candid and friendly -- I would trust this guy, wouldn't you? It reminds me a little bit of Chuck Close's portrait of Philip Glass.

Self-Portrait

I love these self-portraits that Bob did in mirrors. You can see the camera in this one but that is not usually the case.
